This is a quick note to say thanks for fixing my machine. I quilted two small ones with no problems when it came home. The real test was this afternoon when I got the big one out again. It quilted the big one with no issues too. You are so good at what you do!!! Thank you.

I was looking for service for my sewing machines and Sergers when I came across the Pro Sewing Machine doctor. I made a couple of calls and spoke with Stefan and we made a date and time that worked best for me, he sent out his son Luke for an in-house maintenance, Luke came in and went right to work he was very nice, personable and new what he was doing I could tell right away I was going to be happy with my service. In my opinion The Pro Sewing Machine Doctor is worth every penny and my go to when ever I have a need for service!

Could you please add me to the list of people to contact when you resume repairs?

I have a Janome MC 6000 that I had serviced elsewhere (big mistake) and now it's making a grinding noise. I went back to the same repair shop in my city but they don't know what's going on and they have lost my trust.

I should have just dropped it off to you in the first place as Luke maintains our industrial machines at my work and does a fantastic job!

I will let my domestic Janome sit until you contact me.

I want to thank you for fixing my sewing machine and getting it in better working order than it has been in longer than I can remember. It made my mask making far less physically stressful when I don’t have to fight the machine but it actually does what it is supposed to do and the stitches end up looking so nice.
